According to Mozer’s founder Rohiza Mohd Ali, the secret recipes used for cooking the food were the heirlooms that were passed down from her family.

Customers are also spoiled for choice with menus ranging from kebabs, shawarma, exotic salad, and rice with lamb or chicken.

“All the spices here are taken from the middle east; hence it is authentic,” said Rohiza, adding that the salad is also not part of a commercialised menu. For health purposes, the meat used for the food will also be trimmed of fats.
